DarkStitchCo sells:

• Digital Cross Stitch Patterns: Downloadable PDF files delivered instantly after purchase. All patterns are compatible with Pattern Keeper app.
• Custom Pattern Service: Personalized photo-to-cross-stitch pattern conversion. Custom orders are delivered digitally within 1 to 12 hours of purchase.

3. Digital Product License

When you purchase a pattern from DarkStitchCo, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the pattern for:

• Personal stitching projects
• Gifts made by your own hand

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital PDF file
• Upload the pattern to any website, forum, or file-sharing platform
• Use the pattern for commercial manufacturing or mass production
• Claim the design as your own creation
• Modify the pattern and resell it as a new product

You MAY sell finished, hand-stitched pieces made from our patterns, provided you credit "Pattern by DarkStitchCo" in your listing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

5. Order Fulfillment

• Standard Patterns: Delivered instantly via automatic download link after successful payment.
• Custom Pattern Orders: Delivered within 1 to 12 hours via email to the address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at Contact@darkstitchpattern.shop.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, missing pages, or broken link), we will provide a replacement file or a full refund at our discretion.
