Digital Delivery Only — No Physical Shipping
DarkStitchCo is a 100% digital shop. We do not ship physical products. All cross stitch patterns are delivered as downloadable PDF files.
Standard Pattern Downloads
- Delivery method: Instant digital download
- Delivery time: Immediately after successful payment
- How to access: After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also access your files from your account page under "Order History."
Custom Pattern Orders
- Delivery method: Digital file sent to your email
- Delivery time: Within 1 to 12 hours of placing your order
- How to access: Your custom pattern PDF will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout
What You Receive
Each pattern purchase includes a PDF file containing:
- Full-color pattern chart
- DMC thread color list with quantities
- Pattern information (dimensions, stitch count, number of colors)
- Pattern Keeper compatible file
Download Issues
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout
- Try logging into your account and checking your order history
- If the issue persists, email us at Contact@darkstitchpattern.shop with your order number — we will resend your files immediately
International Customers
Since all products are digital downloads, there are no customs fees, import taxes, or international shipping charges. Our patterns are available to customers worldwide, instantly.
