RETURN & REFUND POLICY — DarkStitchCo

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of our cross stitch patterns (instant PDF downloads), 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a pattern 
has been delivered.

WHY?
Once delivered, digital files cannot be "returned" — they remain accessible to the buyer.

EXCEPTIONS — REFUNDS ARE GRANTED IF:

1. You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
2. The pattern file is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to open
3. You were charged twice for the same order
4. The pattern delivered differs significantly from its product description

CUSTOM PATTERN ORDERS:
Custom photo-to-pattern orders are non-refundable once production has begun. 
If you cancel before we start, you'll receive a full refund. Once a draft is 
delivered, refunds are not available — but we offer up to 2 revisions to ensure 
your satisfaction.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Email us within 7 days of purchase: hello@darkstitchpattern.shop
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

We review every request within 48 hours.
