Thank you for shopping at DarkStitchCo. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Pattern Downloads — No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a purchase is made. Since our cross stitch patterns are delivered as instant digital PDF downloads, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the file has been made available to you.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a "cooling-off" refund once the download is delivered.

Custom Pattern Orders — No Refunds

Custom photo-to-cross-stitch pattern orders are created specifically for you. Because each custom pattern involves dedicated design work tailored to your image, refunds are not available once the order is placed.

We strongly recommend reviewing the custom order details and requirements on our Custom Pattern Service page before ordering.

When We WILL Issue a Refund or Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our work. We will provide a free replacement file or a full refund if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The PDF has missing pages or is incomplete
  • The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • You received the wrong pattern
  • The file is significantly different from what was described on the product page

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you experience any of the issues listed above:

  1. Email us at Contact@darkstitchpattern.shop within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. If applicable, include a screenshot showing the problem

We will respond within 24 hours and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either by sending a working replacement file or issuing a full refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks on successfully delivered digital products may result in the buyer being banned from future purchases.
